He just laughed and said it was fine. He wanted to ensue they got to everything. They could not have been more accommodating!"

"The estimator was very detailed in explaining the process and gave extra information on existing appliances and potential issues (even looked at a fireplace that wasn't working properly). There was some grumbling between the techs because the order apparently wasn't written up properly, but they did the work as directed and were very efficient and professional with me. They were very careful when they had to come indoors, gave detailed operation instructions, and were quite helpful. Also cleaned up after themselves. When the city inspector came, he found a couple of very minor things which the estimator, who also came to that appointment, fixed on the spot."

"I called contractor to get estimates for needed plumbing. Arrived a few minutes late but I received a call prior to arrival that would be late. After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover. He completed the work and cleaned up work area. I was very satisfied with the work and Chuck was very helpful and professional.
