"Sky was punctual, friendly and fair. He helped remove an old, defective storm door lockset, as I was unable to do so due to a stripped screw head. He expertly used a grinder so he could back it out w/ a flat head screwdriver. He also installed a "build-a-branch" contraption in a tree. Because the replacement lockset for the above mentioned door wouldn't fit, he assisted me with installing an "aerial hoop" swing on the "build a branch" for my two 8 year old children to enjoy."

"The workmanship appears excellent and it was built per plan. I asked for a small change in the steps and they did it without complaint and in a timely manner. The builders were punctual and pleasant to work with. Their price was not the highest or the lowest, but I never go with the lowest bid."

"We had Garden Structures & More add onto the beautiful privacy fence they had previously built for us, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our new and improved fence is even better than we had envisioned due to owner/designer/craftsman Hal's excellent ideas. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We truly enjoyed working with Hal and wouldn't hesitate to have him do our next home project. "

"I own a condo about 90 minutes from my home and wasn't able to come up in person to deal with a deck in need of repair. Curt and his team were open to handling this by phone and email and did an excellent job explaining what we needed to do, quoted a competitive rate, and took care of the job quickly and professionally. I received word from other tenants in the condo building that the Heartland team was super professional and they were wowed by our awesome new deck.
When I went up to see it and pay for the finished job, I was floored by how fantastic it looked. They even took care of a drainage system so the lady downstairs can use her patio without water pouring down when it rains. The deck looks wonderful, feels so stable and secure, and I'm incredibly pleased. If only they were also available for deck work where I live in Rochester!
