MC's Organic Housekeeping Services LLCI couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me out. Their prices are very fair, they are helpful, friendly and trustworthy. It’s not often that I give people access to my home when I’m not there, but I felt totally comfortable with them there. They do great work, making everything shine, clean, and even take out garbage and recycling...which I didn’t expect. I most highly recommend them to anyone. Christi came right on time and spent three hours cleaning the kitchen, living room, a very small bathroom, and two bedrooms and an office that I told her needed only vacuuming then swept, mopped and vacuumed only my master bedroom and didn't clean it or our bathroom. Basically the two most used rooms in the house didn't get cleaned. Trash didn't get emptied. I expected my whole house to be cleaned not just half of it.

I have been using Cleaning Squad for years to do my windows, in my current home and previous one as well. In both locations, I live in 1920 buildings where the storm windows are difficult to get in and out. Carlos Bacerra and his staff are experienced with all kinds of buildings and were unimpeded by our old cranky windows. He and his staff are professional, experienced and friendly and the quality of their work is amazing. Their price is always fair. I have been marveling at how sparkling clean my windows are, which has been the case each time Cleaning Squad has done my windows over the years.

Communication with Fernando was very good, but the "detailed move out cleaning" (as stated in the receipt) was terribly inadequate. Fernando assured me they would be able to complete the work in an afternoon. However, I don't think they fully understood that an "empty" duplex would not provide sufficient light for working past 4:00pm. Consequently, numerous areas were not adequately cleaned. I told Fernando NOT to clean the kitchen sink as it was going to be replaced, but one of his crew wasted a lot of time cleaning it and missed wiping out the drawers and cabinets. There were so many areas missed in the main floor bath that I can't list them all. And as far as I could see there was nothing done in the laundry room. The appliances were not wiped down and the laundry sink was filthy. Hopefully this review will help paint a picture for you of how dissatisfied I was with F&L .
