It is a high performance commercial grade mineral reinforced asphalt sealcoat blended with polymers and special surfactants for superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability. Our sealer will dry with a thick matte black finish opposed to other sealers which will finish with a watered-down blue tone. Not only will we seal and protect your asphalt, but we will also increase the curb appeal of you're home or buisness!
