He totally ripped out our basement, demolished and rebuilt it from the concrete backup in our basement. He has also done works like replacing light fixtures, sheet rock repair, ice melt elements on the roof and basement wall repair. Each job was different and he was reasonable.

"It started out good and Jared told us he could install / hang new lighting and do tile work in our kitchen. Well, NOT true. The tile job was done very poorly and messy. We had sparks coming out of our outlets (that he didn't cover even though he said he ordered them and would return) and had to call an actual trained Electrician. The electrician told us whoever did the work didn't know what they we're doing. So, we had to pay extra to have three chandelier's re-installed / re-hung correctly and the outlets update. Note: We did try to call and email Jared to no avail. I would NOT recommend his services."
