"This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

"Rob, his son and (for part of the time), son-in-law worked hard to accomplish this task. It was immediately evident to me that Rob runs his company with very high standards, overseeing everything and being "the definition of meticulous" in each and every aspect of the job. My door and windows look great, and I don't have photos of the siding, but trust me - they did a phenomenal job on all of it. This crew was extremely polite/respectful... clearly highly skilled... and devoted to getting the job not only done, but done in top notch fashion. The weather was not cooperative - sooooo cold most days, and they put in long hours... but their attitudes remained positive. They kept communicating with me on what their next plan was (which helped me plan as well). I highly recommend them. Not only are they skilled - they're good people, through and through. "Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation."
