There were 2 other bids on this project and Dan was not only competitive in his pricing he was significantly lower than one of the bids (they stated their schedule and how small the work was attributed to the inflated cost but they bid on the EXACT SAME scope and material). Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
