"Dan came out within 5 days from first contact and provided an initial bid, he walked through my needs and issues with the current fence and gave some good recommendations on the project approach and repairs. There were 2 other bids on this project and Dan was not only competitive in his pricing he was significantly lower than one of the bids (they stated their schedule and how small the work was attributed to the inflated cost but they bid on the EXACT SAME scope and material). Topline was able to come out within 2 weeks of the initial bid as they accommodated the work in between larger projects (thank you Dan!). The work was wonderfully performed. "Very professional installation of fence. They had set posts in and then came back to finish the fence up. After looking at where the gate was going to be, I didn't like the location. Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
