The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. "Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

He raised our patio about an inch and a half, but had to stop before raising it higher, as he was concerned about the concrete cracking. I appreciated that he did not just continue the project. He did reduce the price quite significantly since he wasn't able to fully complete the job and the price was very fair."
