He also recommended a low cost solution to sanitize the HVAC system that we could do ourselves. We are super impressed and plan to hire this company when the time comes for a cleaning! Mike took before and after pictures, which showed us the extreme difference - we definitely got more than our monies worth! They were personable, professional and very affordable. Mike pointed out that we had a busted dryer vent that was causing some of the dryer lint to come into our home. We asked if he could repair it and he was able to do that. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and we are totally enjoying the clean, fresh air whenever the furnace kicks in.
