Was very disappointed with what got done in the time they were here. They weren?t up front with prices. The price when I called to make the appointment was completely different from what they invoiced me. Would not recommend!

I was having family over for Christmas. I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. I hired Elite Clean to clean the areas I needed cleaning and to put some sparkle to my home. They came with there own check lists and asked what I specifically wanted done. I was happy with the results. They recommended getting on their maintenance schedule to keep the sparkle glowing. I signed up right away.

Laurie was prepared for any type of cleaning. All she had to do was sanitize everything but made the house look beautiful too and in good amount of time.

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! I specified my budget repeatedly! They came and took over 3 hours to clean my fridge/stove/oven/microwave and some (not all) baseboards. They claim it took so long because it required “heavy cleaning”. If I stretch my imagination I could see that being an excuse for the oven, but everything else was not that dirty and when I clean it doesn’t take that long. Even so, instead of contacting me and asking if they should focus on finishing or spend more time to get it all done, they just wasted my full timeframe on what they wanted to do. Floors and counters completely untouched. Bedroom, bathroom, closet completely UNTOUCHED. This is not an exaggeration they were not cleaned at all due to “time”. I live in a 1 bedroom with less than 900 square feet. I honestly believe they intentionally did this to stretch the time and back me into a corner where I would feel forced to pay more. I can’t be bullied so I didn’t and their offer as a fix was a $30 reduction or a rework (a rework where I was given no details on what would be included until she’s disputing the review on thumbtack). They also left my door unlocked when the cleaner left. Pathetic. Now I’m sitting in my dirty apartment almost $200 poorer regretting my choices. Please don’t waste the money you worked hard for. Pick someone else. I will now have to reach out to the consumer bureau because they cannot be allowed to continue to get away with this type of customer service. I cannot believe they were okay with leaving 3/5 rooms undone entirely.

I had Karen come out and clean my friend's one bedroom apartment. She was on time and very thorough! She moved all of the appliances and cleaned behind them. She scrubbed the floors, the bathroom was VERY clean. She took out all of the trash. I highly recommend her!

I talked to elite clean team about doing a standard cleaning. They called me and said it was $20hr per cleaner and I agreed. When the 1 cleaner got there she didn't have a mop, broom or anything to dust with. She spent the first hour taking her time on my dining room blinds ( almost a hour) . She did to a great job on the kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. In total She was here about 7 hours for just those things. She also let me know it was her first day and they sent her by herself and she doesn't know what all to do. When I got the bill it was $500!! Be VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! You say you messaged on Thumbtack, but you deleted your profile after you sent the message so I am unable to see it. I had to go back and remove all my floors because your cleaner just poured pinesol right in the floor. She also used MY paper towels, MY wash cloth, MY broom, and MY dry mop. It took a hour for her to do 1 set of blinds in the dining area. She milked the time and barely got anything done. This is a scam!!
