Lo and behold, found a sticker on the furnace indicating a duct cleaning had been completed recently by the previous owners. He also recommended a low cost solution to sanitize the HVAC system that we could do ourselves. We are super impressed and plan to hire this company when the time comes for a cleaning! A business with integrity - how novel! :)"
