We've been with Clean Crew for almost 2 years now. We have them come clean our house every other week, and each clean is as good as the first time they came out. Carlos is very responsive, and the few times we had any questions or issues he took care of them right away. They are thorough, timely, and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired them for a move out clean of our house (average size) but let them know it was a big job ahead of time (2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2.5 baths, small basement .) They are very friendly and helpful but I'm not impressed with the level of clean our house is. I have spent an additional 3 hours so far re-cleaning and cleaning things they missed--tile and floors. During the walk through at end of service, they were packed up and ready to go while I pointed out many things that were not done and they quickly tried to do. Consequently I screwed up and missed an entire room that did not get fully cleaned (floor was wet). But how do you do a move out clean and do 20% of the basement? Very frustrating. So now I get to clean more in addition to the stress of moving.

After the first house cleaning we found the crew cleaned only one half our house - the upstairs only and did not clean the furnished downstairs. Our intention and understanding was for a whole house cleaning and we had a price quote for this (we thought). I called Carlos and told him the job was only half done and I was not satisfied and wanted my money back. Carlos argues with me and called me a thief. So beware if you do business with this Crew. Get all agreements in writing (we didnt). A very unpleasant experience.

"Hello Sam, The quote was done for $90 for cleaning one level of your house and I stick to that even though it took us double of the time because you asked for many things that weren't included but we did them to you. A good service. The job took 2 hours with 3 people (6 hours total), It's a fair pay, we are not slaves."

They came and didn't clean the under the fridge and no one vacuumed. I also did the dishes myself. I was very disappointed in the quality service from this company. I paid 150 dollars and the job was not done well. The microwave was not cleaned. She also rinsed the dishes with dirty water.

We adjusted our schedule today, Monday, to be able to help you but we told you we can not stay more than 1.5 hours, with a crew of 3 people, because we have our schedule full. 2. Your place was in really bad shape, it would take an army to leave it sparkling in 1.5 hours, we did the best we could in the time period we had. 3. We didn't do the dishes, so that's a lie. 4. We only clean under the fridge when it's a move out cleaning or the client requests to do so. 5. We are very disappointed with your comments but thankfully 99.99% of our clients are satisfied."

Carlos arrived promptly and got right to work. He is very professional yet engaging and friendly. I plan to have him come on a big weekly basis. Pricing seems fair. Will be back with an update in a couple of months. First good impression.
