"Absolutely amazing! In the process of selling our home the relator recommended replacing the carpet due to it being “flattened”. Josh came out cleaned our carpets and made them look brand new again!! He was very honest and very thorough with everything he did. I would 100% recommend along with use again in the future!!! Can’t go wrong with his fair prices either!"

"Donald and his crew at Grain did an EXCELLENT job installing our new hardwood floors. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and how easy Donald and his team were to work with. They were reliable, professional and produced a beautiful final product. They cleaned up very nicely after each work day as well. Thank you Donald and co. Job well done! -JD"

"It is no overstatement to say we didn't know exactly how good a cleaning service could be until we hired Reliable Twin. After a decade with our prior service - with cleaners who did the bare minimum and canceled every third week - Reliable knocked our socks off by showing up with a team of cleaners on time, who do not just a fabulous job at the obvious tasks, but go way above and beyond to tackle difficult tasks like cleaning our greasy, dusty glass kitchen light pendants and removing cobwebs in high ceiling corners and wiping not just around but under furniture. This is the kind of job I'd do if I had time; Reliable truly treats our home like it is theirs - and deliver a level of service I'd given up on. And for the exact same price as our former cleaners. Hire this team - you will not be sorry!"

"Chris came on time and was very efficient. He washed down our four-season porch and resealed it (it is knotty pine). He painted two french doors, washed the windows and shampooed the carpet. His work ethic is outstanding and the finished product is beautiful. I would highly recommend him. His cost is reasonable - well worth it."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

The answer to this question depends on how large the room is and how much experience you have stripping and waxing floors. It will take at least 24 hours to strip the floors, then you must allow time for drying, waxing, waiting for them to cure, and, finally, buffing them. Since you likely will not be working for the full 24 hours, it is safe to say that this is a two- or three-day job.

Both buffing and polishing increase the longevity of your floors by removing scratches and buildup, but they are different processes. Polishing removes the top layer of your floor, removing surface-level scuffs and scratches. Buffing your floor involves filling the scratches and scuffs with a buffing solution. No matter which method you choose, you can rest assured that both techniques will leave your floor looking shiny and new.

If you notice dull spots on your marble floor, that could result from etching. If you’ve used the wrong type of floor cleaner in the past or left a spill unattended for too long, your marble floor may have suffered some surface damage. While there are ways to protect your natural stone from etching, you may have to call in a professional for repairs.

Yes, baking soda does shine marble. Sprinkle it directly on the marble and let it sit for about five minutes, then wipe it clean with a damp microfiber cloth. If you’d like to make a baking soda paste, then simply mix the baking soda with equal parts water and apply it. You can also add baking soda and dishwashing liquid to a bucket of warm water and mop a marble surface.

Yes, stains can often be removed using a poultice paste that draws out the stain. The paste is applied, allowed to dry, and then removed, lifting the stain from the stone.
