"This is an ongoing project lasting over a year.
So far so good.
Probably for such long term projects dealing with pest removal from grounds, it would be helpful to set expectations early of what is to be expected for rodent treatment. In addition, better education for clients who receive such services on what progress over time looks like when hired to tackle the problem."
"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."
"We had our yard sprayed for mosquitoes. Also Japanese beetle remove all bees and wasps sprayed and treated for insects. Our service provider Ruben was very knowledgeable and explained everything about safety of my three pups inside as well. He was thoroughly yet speedy. Great experience and insight pest solutions is the best"
"Even though they came promptly and was courteous; I thought they charged too much for what they did. They put out a couple of mouse traps and performed a visual inspection around the house and checked in the kitchen. I believe I was quoted $70, but must of not heard it properly. I did mention the $200 price that was listed in the review; he said, it must have been a full blown inspection. At any rate, when I found out how much he was going to charge (around $190), he gave 10% off; came down to around $181.00. If I would have know it was going to be this much, I wouldn't have used the service. "
"Nate is professional friendly and efficient. I look forward to ZERO bedbug infestation and better nights sleeping. Very speedy response from Angie's list! Problems solved - wishing I had done this sooner!"
"Extremely satisfied with there quality of product application and customer service. Our technician was great! We have barn kittens and he took the time to round them up and put them in the garage, and that was probably the biggest battle he had was trying to get 4 kittens locked up, when 1 goes in 3 come back out and repeat. I would highly recommend this company for your pest management."

In MN, small issues like wood shavings from carpenter ants, gnawed wires from mice, or new cracks in basement walls can quickly escalate if ignored. Noticing increased pest droppings, water stains, or mold indicates hidden moisture problems that attract more pests. Spotting nests, egg cases, or daily pest activity suggests immediate attention is needed to prevent costly structural repairs.

Cambridge’s continental climate brings distinct pest challenges each season. Cold winters drive rodents and spiders indoors, while humid summers near local lakes increase mosquito and wasp activity. Spring thaw often reveals new ant trails and rodent entry points, especially after freeze-thaw cycles cause foundation cracks. Fall’s cooler weather encourages boxelder bugs and mice to seek shelter, making year-round pest control in Cambridge essential for prevention.
Helpful?
Schedule pest control in Cambridge if you notice increased ant activity along your foundation in spring, standing water that attracts mosquitoes, or wasp nests forming under eaves. Fall is crucial for pest-proofing if boxelder bugs or mice appear indoors. Multiple pest sightings, droppings, or unexplained property damage—especially near basements or attics—signal it’s time to act before infestations worsen.
Helpful?
Many Cambridge homeowners wait until pests are visible before acting, especially with mosquitoes and ants. Overlooking early spring treatments, skipping fall sealing, and relying only on sprays without addressing moisture or entry points leads to recurring infestations. Storing firewood against exterior walls, leaving pet food outdoors, or ignoring clogged gutters can attract rodents and raccoons, particularly in neighborhoods near wooded areas or water.

Cambridge homeowners increasingly choose integrated pest management, combining exclusion techniques, habitat modification, and targeted treatments. Popular upgrades include sealing foundations, installing gutter guards to reduce moisture, and adding smart monitoring systems for early detection. Eco-friendly options like botanical sprays and native landscaping are gaining traction, especially near lakes. LED outdoor lighting is also favored to deter insects while enhancing curb appeal and safety.
