"Was the lowest quote I received for replacing my water heater. Talked to him on Friday - water heater was installed by Monday evening and working perfectly. Highly recommended. Did a great job. Very responsive to questions and had the best price. The will allow you to buy your own water heater and just pay them for installation."

"Trident Bath and Shower did an outstanding job ripping out our tub and putting in a safer and more convenient shower for us. We loved how they worked with us to find the most affordable and efficient solution for our bathroom. They all are such kind, honest, and wonderful people. "The entire process from the initial quote delivered by Alex Heigle to job completion was handled with a great deal of professionalism and care. The crew from the Inver Grove Heights Branch: Erik, Jeremy and Jeremiah did great work with stabilizing our sinking garage. At times they had to make course corrections to overcome issues that popped up. However all the alternatives were explained plainly and in great detail so we could make sound decisions. We were very satisfied with the quality of our newly, renovated garage foundation. We would highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority."
