"He seemed quite knowledgable, diagnosed the problem and found the most efficient way to complete the job. He came out and did the job in less time than one of our other bids indicated. It took him about half a day whereas the other bid said it would take 1-2 days and charged almost 75% more than what Standard completed the service for. Scott was very neat during and after he finished the service."

"Chris and Randy were the only radon company (out of the three I requested proposals from) that took the time to review our older house and thoughtfully consider what solution(s) may be best for effective radon mitigation. Josh and Tony were punctual, professional, and took the time to listen and respond to my questions and concerns on the day of the install. Would definitely hire again!"
When possible, the pipe is run to the garage, and the fan is in the garage attic.
When there is no way to get the pipe through the interior of the building, the fan and pipe will be outside.

"Another good Cady Handyman experience. What I thought would be an easy DIY sink trap part replacement turned out to be more involved and problematic than my expertise could handle. And, typical for our house, the original plumbing lacked shut-off valves for the water sources.
