Lady on the phone was pretty nice, informative and flexible on the scheduling so I didn't need to take any time off from work. Richard came over at the scheduled time. Went through all my concerns, explained his thoughts during his inspection and was very cordial. At the end he thought there was no need to do any testing on any materials and I appreciated his honesty. Would not accept any payment for his time.
