I called and they came out the same day. While doing that repair they found another area that could be a problem, but wasn't yet, and fixed that as well. I appreciated that they found another potentially bad pipe and fixed it while they were there. The price was reasonable and I would hire them again. "This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The person who took my call was helpful and pleasant, and the estimate provided over the phone was very close to the final cost. Ben, the electrician, arrived on time, assessed the project and was patient with my decisions and questions about the one difficult fan installation. The difficult fan had to be installed in the finished upper story of my 1 1/2 story house... over an open stairwell, and in a pitched roofline. There were a number of issues with that installation, and Ben checked in with me at several decision points. Other than that, he went right to work. The other fans and overhead fixture were pretty standard, and he finished them quickly. I was very pleased with Ben's professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work to family and friends. I will definitely call Cady again if I need help with projects around the house. "The work that the crew did was a total kitchen remodel. They started by tearing out the kitchen. The team was on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Once that was done the flooring went in. Once again absolutely on time staying right on schedule and doing a great job. The floor looked awesome. We didn’t like the color and were sure it was going to be a hassle to change it. We were wrong. Ben never hesitated with the change and the crew sanded it off and re stained it. Amazingly this did not throw them off their schedule. The next step was installing custom cabinets. This was our biggest worry as we have a small kitchen where every inch counts. Once again the crew came though with awesome work! The cabinets were the perfect color and design and fit exactly right. When they were done we just stared at the work it was better than we even thought it could be. Last was the backsplash. We picked something out at the store and when the guys went to pick it up the store said they were out of stock. No big deal we were able to go to a different store and pick something different and the guys just picked up without missing a beat. In the end everything went according to plan. Even now I scratched the floor doing something dumb and Ben offered to come out and take a look at it. And this is after we paid in full. We are going to work with them to build a rolling butcher block and see if they can help with a new garage and fence down the road.   The bottom line is these guys are great to work with from beginning to end. I would completely recommend their work to anyone who is interested in any type of home improvement."

"The grill had a warranty with Sears and as such I did not have to pay anything.  I had an overall positive experience with them.  As long as I have the warranty with them they seem to be prompt and pretty efficient.  They get the job done and even if they can’t they seem to find a way to fix it.  I would use them again in the future."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
