"painted okay. conrad misled us and led us to believe this was an extremely difficult and dangerous painting job thus charging an amount of $13,795.00. this was only painting our house trim, corbels and porch rail. it took 3 of them 11 hours to paint and a total of 8.5 hours to wash the house. he then told me it was much easier to paint than he thought it would be because the drying time was 10 min. and they could do second coat without moving ladders. he told me he should have charged me more to wash house. he also wanted $175.00 additional to paint front door. we could not do this ourselves as my husband is in wheelchair and i am 77yrs old. i wish we had never agreed to his price but we were told the bid was based on the danger and difficulty of the job. we were vulnerable and it was our fault for agreeing to this but we did. our mistake that will keep me up nights for a long time."

It's a large home with a variety of surfaces - stucco, siding, extensive wood trim, and an iron fence. Tim's team was incredibly professional and hardworking. He had a team of 12 painters on site each day. Tim himself was on site supervising at all times. Having that many painters working at once allowed them to complete the project in 3 days. Most exterior painting jobs on house of this size take well over a week. Overall, they did a very good job at an very competitive price. We would absolutely hire them again or recommend to a friend."

In their haste to finish everything in one day, they missed some of the details involved in the job. This primarily involved the trim (which we did not want them paint). This spring 2018 we noticed our house was peeling so we reach out to Ryan and he said he would come by the following Friday but he never did. We have been trying to contact him for the past 2 months via text,email,phone calls and even though the BBB but he will not get back to us! Makes you wonder if he did indeed stop by and just doesn't want to deal with our peeling mess! Ryan told us if we had a professional paint our house it would last at least 6 years!!"
