His painters were able to do the work from the exterior of the house without removing the sashes, so there was no concern about lead paint entering the house. He was able to remove a huge semi-permanent window air conditioning unit for us as well. No one else would tackle this because the chandelier was wide and they couldn't reach where the light attached to the ceiling. Felipe angled two ladders and three guys held on to it so that they could attach the medallion. It looked like a cirque du soleil act but they did it! No task was impossible for these guys! I will definitely use them again in the future."
