"Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I had storm damage and needed my roof being replace. I got multiple quotes from different companies in the area. There was a wide range in different prices that I had received from the multiple quotes. I had noticed that some companies also had a contract, and some did not. I also was able to have all my concerns with insurance taken off my hands with the great work that Committed 365 put into working with my insurance company and laying everything out for me in layman's terms. I was new to owning a home within the past couple years with no idea how the process worked. The company made sure to take care of protecting my landscaping during the process of replacing my roof and being respectful to my property. "We contacted Severin to see if he could do a bid and he came to our place, some distance away, the next day. He gave us an estimate for all the work we needed which was not unreasonable. Two of our outbuildings are on a steep hill at lake level. He said "no problem". He put us on his schedule for mid August. The last week of July we received a call saying he would start the following week. They completed the job in 3 days. The new metal roofs are beautiful. They cleaned up and removed every bit of mess!"
