Tech spent time making numerous attempts to type up bill on phone as well as took a phone call regarding his next appointment in McDonough. Mr. Duncan answered the few questions I asked. One question he could not solve, but showed me how to circumvent the problem. My issue was not with the work , but with the extra charge. I in no way felt he gave me any extra time from the original hour which I gladly paid. I was disappointed that I didnot get a bill at the time of service and had no idea there was even an issue of "overtime". I will certainly be very hesitant to give a credit card prior to the actual service"
