"Fast and efficient. They sent someone out the next day and I know they were very busy. After he left I thought I found another drain in the floor. He came back but but I was mistaken. He just laughed and said it was fine. He wanted to ensue they got to everything. They could not have been more accommodating!"

"They did a good job cleaning the fireplace but the soot was still the problem. They did not have the knowledge to explain the soot. One told me that it was my fence (it wasn't) one told me the exhaust for the fireplace was too close to the soffit (it wasn't) Fixing both of those things for no reason at all would have cost me a lot of money. I called the people who installed the fireplace and the soot was caused by a ceramic log that had been improperly installed. I guess I would hire them again to clean the windows of the fireplace but not to diagnose a problem."
