They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"Mold remediation is an area that most homeowners have little or no knowledge, so we rely on the expertise of "mold specialists".  This is an unregulated industry and licensing is not necessary.  So what you have is alot of opinions of what the problem is and how it should be solved.
Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and at the very least go to www.epa.gov/mold/moldresources.html to begin your education about mold.   Google "mold solutions" and you will find some easy and cheap solutions to at least some mold issues.
Lastly, if you find you do need a mold specialist, get at least 4 estimates and detailed explanations of what will be done, what type of warranty will be given (usually none) and why their approach will resolve your problem.  I guarantee your head will be spinning.
