It went great. Everyone was very professional. They dealt with my insurance company from start to finish.

They showed up in a timely manner, the salesmen knew what they were talking about, and I had no problems with them.

It only took two days and they were very good.

Product is complete garbage and business owner refuses to honor warranty. Shoddy installation and prone to clog despite claims from sales guy that he never had a Leafaway system clog. Workmanship was hilariously bad. One end of my gutter system doesn't even collect water and route it to the downspout, it just runs off the end and onto my patio. But owner says that's not a warranty item. Don't even consider buying this.

It was TERRIBLE.....From the moment I came home from work and saw the shoddy workmanship, I ctctd.a person by the name
of Matt.  They didn't look right at garage levvel...Matt gave me the runaround, which I am finding out is all that he does...That is
tell suckers like myself that they couldn;t do anything....Fast forward to last summer when I had my roof re-roofed and I
asked contractor what is sticking out from under shingles?  He said that was the old hangers for gutters He took about   10 
minutes to remove them......
         I have left calls with a Mike Lacina, who I believe is the son...He did return calls.Also, I did get them out here on  2 seperate
occassions, to bend back the "cover" on the highest part of roof,which is 2nd floor of house...
   Also google "scam informer" and u will see well written article from another displeased customer
     they only care about selling product and are very difficult to get warranty work...My last conversation was with Matt, who was
very stand-offish.....I asked him what was his capacity with Lacina...He said I don't have to tell you....He is the PRESIDENT

They did a good job. They came when they said said. They always kept in contact if they couldn't come for some reason. The work was done well.

The process was easy and I was kept well informed of what was going on with my insurance company at every step. When the crew showed up to start work they immediately laid down tarps to catch any debris. The crew was extremely polite and very hard working. My roof was completed start to finish in one day. The seamless gutters that they installed are fantastic. I will be calling for a window estimate this fall.

I would not recommend them. The morning after a hail storm hit they told us that if we let them put a sign in our yard that they would pay our insurance deductible. Communicating to the employees was very difficult, and they were not able to meet our request. They didn’t pay our deductible after all; they took $500.00 off our final bill instead. We won’t be hiring them to do anymore work for us. They told us that they knew the siding on our house was discontinued, because they were the ones that did it five years ago. They said that since it was discontinued, we could get new siding on our whole house, but they were unable to fulfill that offer. They said a lot of the things we wanted to hear, but was unable to provide the services. They got a lot of work from everybody in our neighborhood due to the storm, and we believed that because they were a local company they would do honest work, but that wasn’t the case.

UPDATE!! 

After using Angies List the provider wanted to make it right with us.  The owner himself came and finished up some things that were not finished in the first time around and fixed other wear and tear on our siding from the last couple years at no cost.  He apologized for the service we received 2+ years ago and said it will never happen again.  The original salesman that lied to us at the beginning of all of this was fired and no long works at Lacina. 

Everything went smoothly. There was no mess to clean up and when they were done you could not even tell in the yard I had a major shingle project done.  My house had Cedar shingles and two layers of asphalt shingles that had to be removed and new roof sheeting installed.  Perfect job.  Great company.

We have had several companies give us a quote on windows over the past year.  Lacina's prices were very competitive.  Their representative was very professional, even removed his shoes during the quoting process.  He contacted us several times after we had signed the contract asking if we had any questions. 
Within a month of signing the contract our windows were ready to be installed, in keeping with the scheudle we were promised.  During the scheduling process we were contacted by a representative and their installer making sure the day and time we choose still worked.  The installers showed up at 8:30, right on time.  They laid down blankets to protect our wood floors and help move furniture.  They ran a shop vac during anything that might create a mess.  Removing the old windows and installing the replacements took about four hours.  The only problem that cam up was that our large picture window was ordered an inch larger than measured.  Luckily the opening for the window was large enough to accommodate it.  After their hour break the installers got right to work finishing the window wrapping and trim details.  This took about three hours.  When the whole process was complete an installer walked me through how to care for the windows and how to complete the manufacturer warranty.

Overall it is still not finished right and my parents are still dealing with the mess. Check their ads in papers. The do siding and windows. They HAVE NO knowledge how to do roofing until last year when insurance money was available all around town due to a disaster area. Shady business in Mankato at best.

The gutters and roof was installed. An inspector came out and gave me a notice that the roof did not pass inspection because the flashing was missing. I called Lacina Leafaways owner, Matt, to tell him about it. Guys were sent out to put on the flashing. But since it was now close to November, the inspector said they couldn't come out to look at it until spring. In early February 2008, just a few months after the roof installation, we noticed yellowish-orangish stains on our ceiling. Those were NEVER there before. In the garage, water leaked onto the floor causing an icy puddle in two places.

WE HAD HORRIBLE ICICLES FORM ON OUR GUTTERS SOME 3' LONG. THEY SAID WE CHECKED A CHECKLIST. THE CHECKLIST SAID IT HELPS PREVENT ICE DAMS IN THE GUTTERS. WHICH IS DECEIVING. THEY SUGGESTED WE DO HEAT TAPE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO US. I FEEL THEIR SYSTEM CAUSES PROBLEMS IN THE WINTER.
