"The mark of a good service company is the lack of need to take on an additional project (clean up) after the project is completed. This is definitely the case with CJW Chimney Sweep! Greg and Will placed runners all the way from the front door to the fireplace completely covering the tile and wood floor that was trafficked. In addition the entire fireplace hearth was covered. After their efficient professional work, there was NOTHING left to clean up. This is very highly appreciated which is exactly why we are repeat customers."

"My experience was wonderful! Chris, the technician was prompt, courteous and thorough. Chris did a meticulous tune up. He was knowledgeable. When he was done, the area was totally cleaned up. "They did an excellent job! They (Shadrick & Sam) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! Cleaning fireplaces is very messy work, but they protected our new carpet nicely with drop cloths. And they did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. We will need some repairs as a result of the inspection, but Shadrick was very informative and explained why the repairs needed to be made and how the repairs would be made when we schedule the work."
