Edison replaced and installed four bathroom floor tiles, matching to existing tile. Bathroom remodeling, so had to match existing tile, install, grout and finish. Excellent and meticulous work.

First I would like to start out by saying that I am so glad I hired this company. First impressions are everything to me and when I met Edison for the first time I felt very comfortable with him. I had brought out a few other companies for estimates before him and the other companies did not meet my expectations in terms of the information they provided me and the pricing. Edison was straight forward with his information and a very honest individual. I had tiling done in 2 properties. This included rip out and laying down brand new tile. As Iâ m sure many are aware, there are a ton of tiling companies out there. What Edison offered that most other companies did not offer was exceptional customer service. He was kind enough to pick up all the tile after I placed the order, buy matching threshold pieces, buy transition piece for the carpet and went above and beyond to water seal areas that needed attention that the previous individuals did not do. This was all done on his own without me having to ask him. This is what you call exceptional service! I had never heard of the company but just happen to find his company online that was near my area. I did my due diligence with researching reviews and I gave him a shot. I am so happy I went with him. In terms of his actual work, his work looks phenomenal. You can tell he pays close attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I plan to continue to use them for all my flooring needs.

TilingPro was by far the best value. Performance was top notch. Other companies were not willing to move furniture or remove old flooring. The ones that did wanted charge 4x as much and not do complete install. Edison & his crew are the best.

I hired Edison to remodel the backsplash in our kitchen. He was great at communication and arrived on time each day. Unfortunately, thats where the positives end. He did not properly repair or level the drywall and as a result the tiles were not even. I believe he used a hand saw instead of a wet saw and the edges of cut tiles were jagged and damaged in many places. The grout job was really bad; missing grout in some places, holes in others, and a poor attempt to clean up after the job was complete. The edging was not level and there were thick grout lines between the tile and edge. Edison did acknowledge the poor outcome and agreed to take a reduced labor fee but now I need to hire another tile professional to re-do the entire job which means Im out hundreds of dollars. He seems like a nice guy, but his tile work was unprofessional and I cannot recommend him to others.
