"Outstanding service. I contacted Paul to get an estimate to scrape our ceilings (had outdated popcorn), and then we had to go out of town unexpectedly. I had emailed him photos of the rooms and my measurements of square footage. I called him on our way back, on a Tuesday, to confirm the job and gave him a $100 deposit over the phone. On Wednesday his subcontractor, Ruben, called me and set up for Thursday, and by that evening they were done, all popcorn gone and everything cleaned up. I emailed him a photo of a check for the balance and that was it. The simplest process of any home repair we have ever had done. "

"Very Bad experience with this company, will not hire in the future. Not satisfy with Service and Customer service. They refused to send me pictures to prove to me that my basement was sealed properly. (Scary) Now I will have to hire someone else to clean up white powder residue left in room with missing door near the treated area. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."

They came out soon after they were re-opened and finished up the job. Between an onsite visit to quote and me doing 1/2 the job on my own, there is no way they made any money on my job. But I have already referred them several times to others."
