West was the first company to respond to my Home Advisor quite request. Jeff showed up in about 90 minutes for the estimate. Their pricing was right in line with the HA project estimate. In fact he then gave me a discount when I asked about doing more than just fixing the problem. What blew me away is that he said they could do it the next day and be done in one day. A crew of four showed up and by 3:00 pm they done cleaning up. Great work and now I have an outside clean-out for snaking the sewer line. Thanks guys"

My rating is a little lower than it could be because I ended up having to have the line cleared again in 9 months. Usually, it's an annual process so I wasn't expecting to need it done again so soon. I suspect it could have gone further down the line to prevent that from happening."
