Acme Ventilation Cleaning

As President of the HOA I scheduled with Acme to have the ducts and dryer vents cleaned in our condo complex. Ryan and Joe were prompt and professional. My residents remarked how knowledgeable and thorough they were. In one instance they went over and above what was expected. I highly recommend Acme.

We hired Acme to clean our home ventilation system to help reduce allergen exposure for our son. I can genuinely say my son’s symptoms have improved a ton since having the service completed. Yes, it could be coincidence, but that’s highly unlikely based on the types of indoor/outdoor allergies he has. I am so thankful we decided to get our vents cleaned and for choosing Acme as our vendor! Everything about our service was great, beginning with the technician arriving on-time (actually 5 mins early!) He was very knowledgeable and professional, and thoroughly explained the process before, during, and after. He showed us the debris/material that was being removed from our air vents as he was finding items of concern. He even pointed out why some rooms tend to be dustier than others, based on his findings. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and how knowledgeable he was. He reassured us our furnaces were in good working order, and explained things to be on the lookout for in the future which would indicate concern. In addition to our air vents, he also did a very thorough job with our dryer vent. I could not believe the amount of lint he was able to retrieve! I recently, in last 1-2 years, had a company out that specializes in dryer vent cleaning and was told our vent was clear and the service was not needed. Our washer/dryer are only 4 years old and I was literally shocked at the 2 piles (1 inside and 1 outside) he was able to remove. He also made some modifications to our dryer duct work to help reduce build up and increase air flow. I could not be more pleased with the level of service we received and HIGHLY recommend Acme for all of your air duct/dryer vent needs! I also appreciate that they are a locally owned business by families in our community- shop small to make a big impact :)
