"Upon talking to the service man he advised me to cost me more money I just to buy a new water softener instead of getting the old one fixed"

"We recently had a new water softener system installed in our home. I could immediately tell the difference in the way the water feels in the shower. We are in a community well, so the smell was horrible before this was installed. The guys that came worked as a team and completed the work in a timely manner,"

"I needed a hot water heater replacement Brian called back gave me a great quote. Showed up with a new better quality than expected Hot Water Heater within 1 hour. Within 2 hours the he replaced the old one educated me about the equipment the required maintenance and I had hot water! Very kind professional and knowledgeable! "Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"Shortly after submitting information regarding a water softener on Home Advisor, I got a call from Joe from Capital Plumbing about scheduling a free estimate and water analysis. Joe reached out within 15 minutes and had a next day appointment available (which I cannot say for the other companies we had contact us). They were prompt and on time for our estimate and even called when they were 15 minutes away. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to step through everything so we could make an educated decision as a consumer."

"They have done 5 jobs for me they are just great and customer service is great! I thought I needed a new water heater and instead it was a 20 dollar part that needed replaced and everything works well. I appreciate that I did not feel taken advantage of. They also replaced my 96 year old father's water heater and had to move the furnace to get to the water heater and they did all that extra work without complaint."
