They weren't the cheapest quote we received, nor the most expensive, but what we appreciated about them and ultimately drove us to go with them for our project was their creativity. Mark had a good way of envisioning the final project and making some big tasks to make our vision come true really approachable. Other contractor's kept telling us some of the things we envisioned wouldn't be possible/worth it but Mark really came at things with a "can do" attitude. The project was a long one. Everyone told me to be prepared to add at least two months to whatever our contractor initially quoted us for a timeline. That wasn't the case for us, even with some delays on materials due to COVID, our project still finished right on pace with the original timeframe we were given. Mark and his team were always very easy going and made us feel comfortable throughout the process while having endless people in our house. The end result is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Mark and his team at New Image Remodeling."
