Hugo, removed old dishwasher and installed new one. cleand up after he finished. job went very smooth. I own 4 apartments on Lake Bella Vista, I will be using Qualified Maintenance again. "The staff was friendly and professional however there appeared to have been a disconnect with the communication between the team which resulted in the kitchen sink not being secured, areas missing caulk and small section of my cabinets chipped off. These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Alfredo was excellent. He arrived promptly at my home and installed 2 Pre Made cabinets in my laundry room. I have a new home his work was excellent you would never know the cabinets weren’t part of the build. He cleaned the whole area, protected my washer and dryer with large drop clothes so my machines wouldn’t get ruined. I highly recommend. Lastly the price he charged was good."

"Alfredo did an excellent job on correcting my cabinet installation. He is very detailed, knowledgeable and made sure the job was done properly. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely hire him again for future projects as well."

"Kevin did a great job hanging two big paintings and a wall mounted laundry rack."
