"They went above and beyond a basic job, were very cooperative at every turn, even leveled out ground around the pipe they installed underground which was not so level before. I highly recommend them, but I did not check other prices for the same job, so can't really speak how price competitive they are. But I would hire them again."

I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Concrete leveling crew was here on the scheduled day. They were professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job. Answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job was completed. "WE CUT OUR GAS BILL IN HALF DOING RECOMMENDED UPGRADES. THEY DID A COMPREHENSIVE HOME AUDIT AND THEY GOT A REPORT FROM CONSUMERS SPECIFIC TO MY HOME. "I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."
