Had water rushing in via heater roof vent. 3 am rain let up. Called precision roofing next day. came out following day to examine and give estimate. Set appt. Rain forecasted prior to appt. John? Came out with worker and sealed off any leaks to keep us dry until appt. Precision called prior to arrival, came when stated, completely reconstructed a ten x ten area of roof ( had been leaking prior and had handyman â stopâ the leak , coming into the powder room near the furnace) removed and replaced damp insulation , replaced all cheap plastic roof vents and sealed all (Pretty expensive custom modular home ) laid ice shield , and buttoned it all up. Took pictures all along the work being done, and included them with invoice . We had questions concerning original invoice and estimate. Mixup had taken place at contract signing. Spoke with secretary and asked for a paper copy of invoice as it was difficult to see on I phone ( no computer) she actually came to our home and hand delivered it upon reviewing it , We asked for an appt with one of the owners , either Jason or John and secretary , who was very pleasant, said she will talk to them and set it up. Not only did she set it up, but John called me and we went over the bill line by line. We then understood all of it and thanked him for a job well done . He said they would send us a meal gift card at our restaurant of choice, for the hassle of the misunderstanding when estimate was presented. Precision nut only sent a gift card, but both brothers came to our home to give it to us personally. WHO DOES THAT??? That kind of consideration is unheard of anymore , but they wanted us to be totally satisfied. WHICH We certainly are. I must add that precision did not attach a charge for coming out prior to roofing appt and sealing off any leaks prior to the heavy rain that came shortly thereafter. The personal service given was beyond any expectation. The owners of precision roofing were kind to us over 75 and 88 year old seniors. They were very respectful, and patient, as were their laborers. They didnâ t waste time. They came in, did the work, going beyond what was expected, and cleaned up everything . We would certainly highly recommend precision roofing to anyone who needs the work done and appreciates old time work ethics, patience and respect.

Their website states "We offer professional skylight installation services, brightening up your home or office with natural light. Our team ensures a seamless, leak-proof installation." However: They replaced our entire roof and 2 skylights and then they leaked. Was told "they can't control mother nature, the snow on the skylights caused the leak and we needed to clear the snow off of them". They don't stand behind the guarantee they claim. Follow up. More leaks after they showed up to "Fix" the issue. One of the reviews is from Cory Zielinski who is the salesman who walked the entire roof with myself before the job. Cory would not return multiple phone calls and finally did when I called from a different number. Owner was very defensive and sarcastic with my 70 year old mother about the problem and told her it "her responsibility to clean the snow from the skylights". New leaks are after rain, no snow. I understand companies and workers can make mistakes. More disappointed in how we have been treated by them since the issues have surfaced as a result of THEIR work. Would not recommend! Again, in my opinion, the reviews that rave on and on about how well they do, are from employees. I know one is for sure.

Customer service was great

These guys are amazing! Our house was truly the worst looking house on the street, with deteriorating old insulbrick. John, Jason and their crew transformed our home into a place we are proud to claim as ours. They are very detail-oriented and do not rush through the job just to get it done. As they say, they treat your home like it is their own. We cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them.

The men at Precision are very professional and hard working. I know my roof was on the more annoying side, we had layers of shingles dating back to the 60's originals, and they acted as if it was just another job. We had a minor disagreement, and it was handled quickly and to both our satisfactions. We originally called in 2019, and couldn't end up doing it then, but we were so impressed with Precision, we called in April of 2021 when we were ready. You will be very pleased if you choose Precision.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my roof. Precision on my scale of 1 to 10 is the highest 10. If you need roofing done, you would be making the biggest mistake by not hiring Precision. They are the best!

Responded quickly for a repair. Cleaned up mess from the repair as well as the blown off shingles.

They showed up on time for the appointment,gave me a great price, did the repair the same day for the wind damage and came back the next to fix the Ridge cap that was installed wrong from the builder 8 years ago. I would recommend this company for all your work , i will be using them In the future.

THESE GUYS ROCK!! THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, VERY VERY FAST. WITH MICHIGAN'S CRAZY WEATHER THEY HAD TO WAIT TIL ALMOST NOON, THEY WERE DONE BY 5 P.M.!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They came to inspect the existing roof the day after I called them. Pictures were taken of the issues. They ordered the new vents and skylights. It took about 2 weeks for everything to come in and then they were here immediately to do the job. The job was done all in one day. Pictures were again taken after the job was completed. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. The job was done on a Friday and the foreman returned the following Wednesday to do an overall inspection. I was extremely satisfied with their work and their professionalism. We've had rain since the new roof was installed and no leaks! Highly recommend them!

It was just a small repair job but we were treated great and the work was done on a timely basis and cleaned up like they weren't even here. Thanks guys!
