They installed a BEAUTIFUL gas log fireplace for us. Looks very real and we are so very happy with it. Even after it was done they rechecked to make certain everything was safe and no gas was leaking out. They also went over all of the amazing features and safety features it has on it too. I’m feeling much safer after hearing all about it.— While here we had them service our basement gas fireplace. Eric noticed some issues that weren’t up to snuff, he took pictures to document everything and went over it with us. He redid the venting and also repainted the interior black, he noticed some rusting starting to happen. So happy and GRATEFUL for these two men and the jobs they did for us yesterday. "I called John from Ajax to inspect my furnace as it had been "red
tagged-do not use" by another company and I wanted another opinion from a
local provider.  He was very knowledgeable and professional on the
phone, and came on time.  He thoroughly inspected the furnace, and used a
camera scan to look at the heat exchange that had been diagnosed as
cracked by another H&C company.  He spent close to an hour with me,
told me that there was no crack (hurrah) and also gave other pointers on
what could improve furnace performance.  He did not try to sell me anything and did not charge me for the visit.  He also suggested that if I doubted his diagnosis of  no problem,  that I could call Consumers Energy and have them come out to verify. 
Am planning on having him improve some poorly installed duct work,  and will not hesitate to call Ajax for my heating and cooling needs as I have two furnaces and two air conditioners.

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."
