"Service Professor was up front and honest right from the start. We had our vintage 1985 gas furnace replaced with a 92% efficient new model and air. While they were here they also replaced our water heater ( also 1985 vintage ), and an electrical upgrade. Now were "up to code"."

"The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal.
