Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is that after the renovation started, it was more difficult to get ahold or responses from our sales person and the team that helped with our overall design. The contractor that did the work was great, it a bit slow for our liking. Again, overall would highly recommend and would work with again. Just providing some realistic expectations as well."

Made a promises of a turn-key project and not even close. Did not mud and tape before painting so drywall at ceiling cracked. Left a hole under vanity cabinet, did not move a wall as agreed on. Dropped hood and damage my cooktop. Put my dishwasher outside in the rain. HVAC leak under floor. The list goes on. We will have to either complete the work ourselves or try to find a reputable company to finish. So very disappointed in the job done by Frank and Jason. I thought they were better than this. Don't waste your money with them."
