"Matt and his team were great to work with! Our salesperson, Shari, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Generator was installed in one day. There was an unexpected need/cost to replace our electrical panel due to visible damage within the panel uncovered when they began the install, and they also discovered that the power company meter was arcing. The panel was also installed same day. Once the generator and new panel were installed, we ran on generator power for about a week while waiting on power company to come out and replace the meter. We could have been left to deal with the power company on our own, but Matt personally coordinated/followed up with them. GREAT customer service!"
