He was really nice. He was great. I have used him twice and he was great both times. He came fast. He did a great job and I think he was very reliable. So, I would certainly recommend him. The second time I got him, he was already in a job somewhere and he came right away. The first time, I remember that he came out not more than a day or so. It is not cheap up here in Northern Michigan, but I think his prices were reasonable.

Bob Walters (the owner) was very prompt in returning my phone call.  The arm broke on a Friday and he was kind enough to come over after his regular work day hours and repair my toilet so that I wouldn't have to spend all weekend manually shutting the water off and on.  He did an excellent job, had it fixed in a jiffy and charged me at his regular hourly rate.

He is an excellent plumber and I am very happy with him. He is fair in price and he's efficient. He is here when he says he will be. He works very fast and he doesn't drag the time out. He knows what he is doing and he is excellent. I have used him before. I would absolutely use him again.

He does excellent work and always gets the job done in a prompt and friendly manner.

Bob called a few days before he went to our home and performed the work. He was prompt did a very professional job and everything worked well when he was done. We would highly recommend Long Lake Plumbing. Hard to find companies like this these days.

Bob is a one man operation and he is personable and full of plumbing knowledge. I worked around his busy schedule and everything was done to my satisfaction. I liked that he solved the check valve problem using his common sense. He thought the pump not shutting off completely was due to some kind of a water flow problem and when he took off the check valve, it was indeed broken (from the cold).The final time out he presented his bill and adjusted the water pressure up for me. He's not a big corporate entity so I like to hire tradesmen that fairly charge for their services and the money you pay for the job, goes directly to him not a big business with high overheads and payrolls.

I have used this company several times over the last year.  Each time the response has been excellent, the price very reasonable and the quality excellent.  I will continue to use Long Lake Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.  This company is CONSISTENTLY RELIABLE.

He was extremely pleasant; went out to get parts for the faucet and fixed it within a short period of time.  I am not sure about the price or exact date as I am not a home for some time so just guessed on the date and price.  I will use this plumber from now on.  Wonderful personality and gave me all the information I needed to understand and resolve the problem.

Everything went pretty well.  Some small hiccups that were taken care of promptly.  System is up and running great.  Will call him again when/if the need arises.

The guy who did it was very good and trustworthy. I am in Atlanta and he is up there. I told him where the key to the cabin was, he went in and looked at it and gave me a quote. I signed off on it and then he went in and did the work. A couple of months later I went up and saw it. It looked good so I paid him and that was it. It was all done remotely and I was happy with the work he did. He was a straight, honest guy who did good work. His price was fine.  

Prompt service - final invoice less than original quote.The one thing that stands out is when he discovered loose facuets, he pointed them out and tightened everything (no additional charge).  An overall good guy! One I would use in the future for any other plumbing issues.
