Excellent! Ed is knowledgeable, patient, won't skimp on his high work and ethical standards. Great eye and he will give advice and guide you in the decision making. Was very patient and amiable as we kept adding on to the original project. He was here every day. Ed is very kind and fun to be around.

Great! Professional work done timely and courteous. Quality application of ice shield and underlayment. Lifetime shingles look great. I've done roofing before (younger then) and I know they did a quality job.

Called on a Saturday evening and had our inspection done on a Tuesday and report done that evening. Amazing work and extremely thorough! Thank you so much!

Todd (owner), promptly responsive, honest, friendly, timely, open and all around would have been good to work with. Project fell through due to expenses on my end. I would definitely recommend using him as home builder in future. I am saving up for what I want so that I can.

Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today

i had ditches all through my yard, left by someone who would never show up, and Gary said he could do the job, and by evening it was completed except for the electrical work, wich was compleyed the next day. He even brought me a load of top soil to cover the ditch lines and grow new grass

Overall I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the outcome. From a construction standpoint, everything was completed as requested. The quality of work was excellent and timely. The work was done in the winter months and the crew and work-site were kept very clean. The outcome was excellent and the addition turned out beautiful. But what made the most difference was Gary Harms himself. Unlike most builders, Gary is very customer focused and detailed orientated. He keeps you informed every step of the way so you don't have to wonder what is being done. He makes suggestions/recommendations along the way so that you can make sure the work that is completed is to your liking. He is always accessible and available when needed. This was very important for me because this is a cabin and I am not at the home regularly to inspect the work. With Gary you don't have to worry about what is going on, he will make sure you are informed, and most importantly, happy! He also did a lot of "custom" work that he suggested and all of it turned out fantastic. Much of it was done by Gary himself which proves his commitment to quality work. I would recommend Harms Enterprises for any building/construction job

Our huge lake house project is almost finished. This year, we decided to add the garage, concrete drive, and new septic and finish the project. We called Ed and hired him as our general contractor. It's done and it looks AMAZING! What I like about Ed is, he listens. We changed several details at the last second, he was fine with it. We pulled photos off pinterest and google and said, "This is what we want it to look like." And he actually made it look like the pictures. My husband is very handy and likes to do some of the work himself. Ed is always fine with that. Even better, my neighbor built a garage this year too. They used a different contractor. Our total bills were close to each other, but our project also included a new septic, concrete driveway, and a two story garage rather than a one story. Ed is amazing

We met Arn and Kimberly while attending the Parade of Homes. We were nearing retirement and weighing our options regarding housing. We loved their house featured that year, plus their willingness to help with finding a lot and selling our existing home. Arn and Kimberly consistently go above and beyond the norm to help the customer. When we found a potential lot, Arn was willing to look at it and evaluate it for suitability. During the entire building process, Arn was excellent at communicating progress and answering questions. When little things went wrong, he immediately took steps to correct them. We would not hesitate to recommend McIntyre Builders to anyone desiring a quality built, energy efficient home

Was a pleasure to work with Rob and his crew. Super professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Although I am submitting this review 2 years late, I am still thrilled with how everything turned out. I've included before/during/after pics.
