we are a family owned business we have five people in the immediate family that helps with bigger jobs and on most jobs its my son and I that do most of the work Billing is normally done at end of job on bigger jobs we ask for half down all jobs are on a bid proposal and it fully explains the job we will be performing we offer SENIOR CITIZEN & MILITARY DISCOUNTS AND FREE ESTIMATES

"The remove and the build went fine. Two years later I noticed the wall tilting. One year after that it was worse and I contacted Randy Lewis (owner) and he came out and inspected and agreed that he needed to come back out and excavate and rebuild the top 3 feet of the wall with more "deadmen" reinforcements. It is now 6 months later and despite promises he has not showed up. Soon it will be snowing and freeze the ground."

We do custom home building with some of the work being done by reliable sub-contractors that we have used for many years and trust. We have been in business for 13 years and are well liked in the community. We are often called back to previous customers and often referred to friends and family from our customers. "I'm thinking of cancelling my treatment and demanding a full refund after just one visit. After setting up my first visit with TruGreen and being told my prices which were promised to be around $26.47 for the first application and around $52.95 for the rest so not terrible in my mind. So imagine my surprise when my first bill is over $79.42, now looking at my bill it seems that a charge for TruPro Grub Control for about $52.95 there a charge I did not ask for and was never asked of me it was just charged with no communication between me and TruGreen. If this is the business practices that TruGreen employs, then I would recommend people looks elsewhere. The sad part is if I had just been called and asked about this I would of given them at least 3 stars for their service so far but with this being what happened after the first service visit I can’t in good faith continue to support or use such a scummy company."
