"From the consultant, Joe, to the five men that came to my home, I was impressed with the professionalism and respect for my home. They arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards throughout my home and garage. Protective covering on their feet with additional protective materials on my floors and walls were used. "Had a tech named Tyler come out to inspect our furnace. Tyler was very polite and had thoroughly checked the furnace (pressure test, etc.) to see if the furnace could be repaired. Tyler's recommendation was to replace the furnace. Had us phone Brighton Appliance for a price. The only negative I could think of was that Tyler did not know how to provide us with a "temporary" solution for getting heat in the house as we had our furnace go down on the coldest day(s) thus far this year. In that Brighton Appliance could not come out in a timely fashion, we phone another HVAC company in the area that did come out, priced us on a new furnace but, provided a solution to gain heat to satisfy us, our dogs and the piping within by just keeping the "FAN" going and not use the automatic. We were comforted throughout the night with heat and the furnace went in the next morning with great satisfaction.
