Did a good job in the end.  There were a few adjustment calls before the unit was up and running, one of which turned out to be incidental to the installation, but the serviceman repaired the problem at no charge (an electrical short and a bad capacitor in the furnace fan).  It took some back and forth phoning to get the installation appointment made, so that is the B on responsiveness.  Metzgers comes when you call them, and beat the price of similar contractors who install top level stuff.

They also came up with a great plan for a steam humidifier to address my breathing problems, and truly the air is cleaner than it used to be.
