We have a dog in our home and people with pollen allergies. J&J recommended a REMY HALO UV LIGHT and a ionic filtration system. THANK-YOU---It has made a world of difference.

Their attention to detail was amazing. The work with mini splits, copper and line set hides was just so particular. They treated my home like their own.

On the hottest week my ac went out. I called and next day Kurt was out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had our home feeling great again. I highly recommend them. I've used other companies here in battle creek and will continue to call J&J sheet metal. Price was fair. Prompt service. Great customer service.

Payton came out to our house on Saturday to look at our situation with our AC. I appreciated his quick response as the heat is going up. Although not able to fix it that day, he offered some suggestions which helped. I am thankful for his kindness and suggestions. Thank you Payton!

Very disappointed with this company…The work was ok but they offered a rebate from consumers power $500.00. I replaced my central air unit and the sales guy kept saying to me remember you get the rebate back from consumers power all I need is a copy of your consumers power bill. This company was a lot more money then the other place I had appointment with. The sales guy kept saying remember you get the 500.00 back. Needless to say he didn’t even know what the rebate qualifications were. So if you offer this rebate you certainly should know the qualifications. I talk to the owner about this problem several times about this issue. I didn’t get the money back they didn’t seem to care. I told them I was going to leave a bad review on their website, BBB and social media to warn people about this company. So this company doesn’t stand by their word.

Great experience with J&J! Payton is a newer addition to the company, but working with him I could see the professionalism and drive he brings to the team wanting to satisfy my needs!

Jand J did an excellent job. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of all involved. The job required new supply and return air duct work and the crew did the work efficiently and they cleaned up everything after the job. The air conditioner was installed but we could not test it until the spring. Jand J called me as soon as the weather got warm enough and the system worked beautifully. It's great to have a reliable furnace and cool air in the summer.
