Excellent service - from the initial helpful contact by telephone to set-up the appointment, the actual heating and air conditioning visit to the call-back about processing the rebate. Dan’s knowledge of HVAC and his thoroughness and patience in answering my questions was impressive and much appreciated. I selected Tummons because of their positive reviews online and their listing as a Consumers Energy approved contractor.

Great service tech came out to the house fixed the furnace relatively quickly amd was on his way. Very professional!

Tim Tummons was 1 of 4 heating/AC people I contacted for an estimate to replace my furnace. Of the 4, he was the ONLY one who clearly explained exactly what I needed and why. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. He was also the only one who identified a particular problem (air intake) with my current system that needed correction for proper heating. Everything he did was professional, from showing up on time, installing the furnace in a timely manner, installing the new thermostat, and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend him with no reservation at all.

Contacted four Heating and Cooling companies in the Battle Creek area. All told us that we needed a new AC cost approximately $4,000. Tummons came out was very open and honest and fixed the problem without having to replace the AC . He is awesome. We would not go with anyone else!

Tummons was one of six estimates, after one company stated that we would need to replace the air cooling unit. The rest all quickly stated that we needed to replace the unit. Tim wanted to check the unit prior to moving forward on a replacement. He found a way to fix the unit and saved us over 2,000. HIs integrity and knowledge was greatly appreciated.
