"Eric's crew is fantastic! They replaced our steep, 30-square-ish roof this week, and despite unpredictable weather (Who schedules a roof replacement in late November/December? Me, apparently.), they knocked it out in less that two days! The crew wrapped up yesterday, and Eric stopped by today to do a final sweep for rogue nails. Fisher Exterior Solutions was actually the last company we interviewed out of five total. After being swindled, no-showed, and disappointed, we are so glad we scheduled one additional consultation! Other companies were sketchy about pricing and/or wasted our time via either some ridiculous 4-hour-let-me-call-my-boss-to-see-if-we-can-offer-any-other-discounts marketing production or failing to show up for 2+ hours after scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. Eric was right on time for our appointment, got straight to the point explaining the products that would be used (and why), and provided a straightforward price - no pressure or sales gimmicks. He knows his stuff and was happy to answer any questions with a clear answer. He even left a handful of sample boards with us to help is choose a shingle color. Their pricing was very reasonable and within the range we expected. A couple others were suspiciously low, and one was TWICE what we were quoted by Fisher. Eric kept us up to date prior to and during the project, including photos and updates at the end of each day. He was a pleasure to work with, and his crew was friendly and respectful. Our final invoice was right on par with the quote we recieved. What more can you ask for?! We are super happy with the whole experience and would recommend Eric's company to anyone!"

"Jamey does very good work, but communication is a major issue. We began discussing our project with him in May and were told he would provide a quote. On July 17th, he said he would start work on July 21st, but we never received any paperwork to sign. He even mentioned, ?I know I?m terrible at paperwork.? While working in our home, he locked our dogs outside and allowed his dog free range of the house. His dog had an accident on our white area rug, which we only discovered through our home cameras. The kitchen was completed in mid-September, and we signed off with a contingency. Nine cabinet doors did not meet our expectations due to cracks or poor assembly, and we requested replacements. On October 23rd, we followed up to ask if the cabinets had been ordered but received no response. I reached out again recently and feel we are being avoided. The quality of the finished work was good, but the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating."
