Brawny BuildersThey were great they were on time and very efficient. They had to custom built new shutters which they did right on site which another company made it sound like making the shutters was going to be very difficult and expensive. Also they clean up all the old stucco and trim they took off and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was extremely happy with them. Because we were very satisfied with them we are having them give us a quote on replacing our 2 sets of sliders. The work was done July 13th and they finish on July 14th. Also these guys made sure I understood what they would do and were very nice to get to know- LeRoy S.

AllPro Services of West MIIt started out really good. There were a few bumps, i.e. workers quit, got hurt, but that is part of the construction business. Overall it was a good process. I am very pleased with what they did. They completely revamped my kitchen, they tore down walls, built up a beam, raised a window, moved my sink from one side of the kitchen. I had to also buy a whole box of siding to fix where they raised the window, so the guy went around my house and replaced all broken or bad siding with what was left. Way above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them. Tim was a great liason. He promptly responded to my texts and he always kept me in the loop!- Linda R.

I have called multiple times, had people come out two times who apologize for the delay, talked to managers, and my gutters still aren't finished. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do to get them to complete the job. Dont use this conpany!

The work was spelled out well and the pricing was acceptable. The work crew was professional, polite, hard working, and they completed the work within the schedule promised. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves before leaving. Assistance in setting up financing was offered and accepted with no problems. I would hire Infinity Home Improvement again.

Recent Review:
Extremely poor communication and expensive. The only times they were prompt on communication was to collect the deposit and to collect the balance once the job was done. Originally signed the contract on 12/09/2020 and heard nothing for a month. Without notice the builder showed up a month later only to identify that what was quoted is not possible. We then signed an addendum on 01/20/2021 for the work. There was no communication for over another month until I contacted them and asked for an update. On 03/04/2021 I was messaged that the work would start on Monday, 03/08/2021. When the work did not start, I asked for an update and was told the work would start by 10 AM the next day... Again it did not. Work finally started on 03/10/2021, took about 10 days to complete since the workers were here a bit sporadically. Ultimately, the work done was acceptable and the builder was a nice guy. I fully understand that the weather needed to be warm enough to pour cement without jeopardizing the integrity of the cement but for the premium I paid to use a Avalon I expected much better communication throughout the process and it should have been done and cleaned up within 3-5 days.
