Prentiss came promptly to give an estimate. He was able to measure up everything and give a quote right there. He scheduled the work in 2 segments so the moving of the furniture was easy. He was a great guy to work with.
They came in, moved the heavy furniture, cleaned and deodorized the carpeting and put all equipment away in a very short time. Â The receptionist on the phone making appointments was very nice, and I was able to get the time slot I needed.
Provided appeared to be in a hurry. He did move some furniture, which many carpet cleaning companies will not do, but the finished job was amateurish. Possibly because we told him we had were putting the house on the market.
The fine print, or what they did not tell me til they were done and I brought some matters to their attention, is that they have different "packages" and the one I had a coupon for was the Basic one. Basic means, apparently, wipe the top of everything. Don't move any furniture to vacuum, and...
Extremely professional. Price and quality can't be beat. They even moved some small furniture to do under them which we were really impresse with. This is the 3rd time that we have used them and have been very pleased with each experience.
They came on time. called first to make sure I was ready. They moved all the furniture and put the sofa on little blocks as the did all furniture to keep it off the wet carpet.They did spot cleaning and then did a wondulful job cleaning. They carpet which is 20 some years old looked like new....

"Horrible company to work with. Management is disorganized and incompetent. Workers just showed up anytime of the day. Worked a few hours and left. They weren't told what to do by the owner and sometimes didn't have the proper equipment. I had to explain what needed to be done every time for 13 day visits after I had already communicated this with the owner. Should have been a 5 day job. What did I hire them for? Owner treated my concerns with disrespect because I had to keep managing their workers after talking with her. Do not hire. Very unprofessional. Many companies out there that would do a professional job and treat the customer and their property with respect. I have been hiring for work on my homes for 40 years and never have I come across such an incompetent company. Do not work with this company. They had to borrow ladders, rags, razor blades, and drop cloths from me. Damaged my brick veneer with a wire brush so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Paint sprayed all over half my deck floor, down the steps, and all over the support beams. Will be nothing but headaches and property damage if you hire this company."
