Description of Work: While doing a pre move assessment, Walt talked to me like I was a child. Most of my house hold good we're already packed in plastic bins and he made it sound as if this was going too be his hardest job ever. His price was not competitive and he was not flexible with his availability. |To be fair, be didn't know I spent 20+ years as a military wife with more than 12 interstate moves under my belt. I hired another company that was respectful, flexible and competitive.

+ -1 moreThings went fine. They were there exactly on time. The guys were very fast and had our 2 bed 2 bath apartment packed up in a couple of hours. When unpacking I didn't find anything too strange in the boxes together. Most things were well packed and there was no breaking of items they packed. When we arrived at the new house things were unloaded quickly. A little too quickly at times, we weren't able to keep up with them and some items ended up upstairs that should have been downstairs and vice versa. They had to make a second trip for our storage unit things. Again they made quick work of it and quick work of the unpacking. The foot of one cabinet was broken in the move. The guy who broke it handled it poorly and got aggressive with my husband about it. Other than that they were great and I would hire them again.
Description of Work: They provided packing up of our belongings in our apartment and then moved our belongings from both an apartment and storage unit to our new home.
